Rose, Dr Char's receptionist is very efficient and also very friendly. Dr. Shah is very friendly and and also very thorough in finding out what future problems could arise and how to deal with them. I came to this dental practice Because of dissatisfaction with my past dentist who recommended treatment that I'd never even heard of before, I'd seem to be very drastic for the problem of plaque.

The doctor here is very kind and holds an aloha spirit that is hard to come by. Very grateful to have found this place after my old dentist was increasingly difficult to work with. Dr. Char, Rose, and everyone here are super friendly. The highly talented team here makes going to the dentist as pleasurable of an experience as possible. Highly recommend. I have lots of issues and the worst part for me is the needle to numb the area. This is the only place that I've ever been where it's comfortable, professional and minimally invasive. They reference out for certain things to the same kind of professionals with care and aloha. 10/10.

Dr Char and his staff are kind, caring, competent, knowledgeable and efficient. I have been going to Dr Char for over twenty-five years and I feel like family when I go there. They treat everyone with courtesy, and respect. Today, I had a wonderful experience. Jill did my dental hygiene which went smoothly. I used to be terrified going to any dentist, but since I've been going to Dr Char, I actually enjoy my visits. Dr Char makes me feel comfortable and safe and I actually relax during procedures. I'm grateful for Dr Char and his amazing staff, especially Rose and Jill.
